Raiffeisen Bank allocates UAH 1 million for the treatment of wounded patients at Oberig Clinic
Raiffeisen Bank has donated UAH 1,000,000 to the Oberig Clinic to support the treatment and rehabilitation of Ukrainians who suffered severe injuries due to mine and explosive devices during the war. This donation will fund a complete recovery course for eight patients.
This support is part of Raiffeisen Bank’s ongoing partnership with the Oberig Clinic, which began in 2023. Since then, the bank has provided a total of UAH 11 million for medical assistance, helping more than 80 patients receive high-quality care and return to full lives.
In the summer of 2022, the Oberig Clinic started a treatment program to help people injured in the war. At first, the clinic funded it on its own. Since then, the program has been running without interruption, saving lives every day.
Oberig Clinic is one of the leading institutions for evidence-based medicine in Ukraine. It is home to multidisciplinary teams of doctors. Since the opening of its innovative medical building in 2020, the clinic has offered a full range of services for cancer patients, performed advanced surgeries, and carried out organ transplants, including liver and kidney transplants. It also pioneered Ukraine’s first stroke center developed according to European standards.
Support for initiatives like this is made possible through Raiffeisen Bank’s systematic humanitarian efforts. In 2025, the bank was recognized for the third year in a row as the largest humanitarian donor among Ukrainian banks. The total amount of aid provided to the country and its people has reached UAH 1.7 billion.
We believe that caring for people is what keeps us strong as a nation. And we cannot afford to forget this. We can help. We can change lives for the better. And Raiffeisen Bank is doing just that — every day, together with Ukraine.
