Raiffeisen Bank is the best bank employer of Ukraine according to Forbes
Raiffeisen Bank was included in the prestigious list of the country’s best employers in 2025. The bank’s team received the score of 74 and ranked 19th among 50 companies of various industries. Raif is ahead of all other Ukrainian banks in the rating.
The best employer rating was compiled based on the survey of 48 000 employees from 270 companies with the support of the job search platform Robota.ua. The assessments by the jury panel and open data were also taken into account. In total, 10 factors were assessed, including the employer brand, fringe benefits, remuneration, inclusivity, training and support of the employees.
The success drivers for Raiffeisen Bank are the employer brand and the employee support during the war, in particular, the implementation of the mobilized employee assistance program and the support for the families of the military, which was a critical criterion in 2025.
